Convex advised Novus Compliance Services Limited, a UK-based specialist in electrical and fire compliance and safety services, on a strategic sale to Normec, the leading European provider of Testing, Inspection, Certification, and Compliance (TICC) services, backed by pan-European private equity firm Astorg.
