Convex has advised the Shareholders of TFC Group, one of the UK’s leaders in heating and electrical control solutions, on their sale to a leading distributor of branded plumbing and heating systems.
Established in 1974 and headquartered in Tonbridge, Kent, TFC supplies control products and accessories to the domestic and commercial heating and electrical markets.
The business is known by customers in the trade, OEM and national merchant sectors for its two associated brands: Tower and Optimum.
Optimum provides a comprehensive range of time, time-and-temperature, lighting and Wi-Fi controls. Whilst Tower provides a complementary range of flue guards, thermostats, motorised valves, TRV’s, water treatment chemicals and heating system accessories. In combination, the two brands have wide-ranging scope to satisfy a broad range of HVAC control requirements.
Through their time and temperature-based control of energy-consuming appliances, TFC’s products make a continuous contribution to reducing the nation’s energy consumption and carbon output.
